PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, add the garlic, and when it is golden, add the shiitake mushroom and the cauliflower and stir fry until tender.
2. Then, add the abalone mushroom, ricestraw mushroom, corn, cabbage, and sugar peas, and the salt, soy sauce, and sugar, and a little of the water in which the shiitake mushrooms were soaked.
