Vegetarian Cheese and Potato Omelette(Khai Jiao Na Noei Khaeng Lae Man Farang)

PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, add the garlic, and when it is golden, add the shiitake mushroom and the cauliflower and stir fry until tender.

2. Then, add the abalone mushroom, ricestraw mushroom, corn, cabbage, and sugar peas, and the salt, soy sauce, and sugar, and a little of the water in which the shiitake mushrooms were soaked. Stir well. When the liquid comes to a boil, add the bean sprouts, stir and turn to mix well, and dip up onto a serving platter.

INGREDIENTS:

egg

abalone mushrooms sliced crossways
100 grams
ricestraw mushrooms cut in half
100 grams
baby corn sliced diagonally
100 grams
cauliflower cut into chunks
100 grams
cabbage cut into large slices
50 grams
sugar peas, tips of the pod and strings removed
50 grams
bean sprouts, hulls and root tips removed
1/2 tsp.
salt
1 tbsp.
light soy sauce
1/2 tsp.
sugar
1 tbsp.
coarsely chopped garlic
1/4 cup
vegetable oil
