PREPARATION:
1. Mix all ingredients for the spicy dressing together, stirring until the sugar
dissolved.
2. Combine the other ingredients in a mixing bowl, add the spicy dressing and toss
to mix well.
3. Spoon onto a serving dish, sprinkle with roasted peanuts and coriander leaves.
Garnish with lettuce and tomato before serving.
