Vegetarian Fried Rice (Khao Phat Phak)

PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. Put in the rice and stir fry. Add the mushrooms, bean, carrot, and bean curd, and fry together, stirring and turning to mix.

2. Season with the sugar and soy sauce. When everything is ready, dip up onto a plate and serve with cucumber and lime.

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup
cooked rice
1
yard-long bean, cut into 1 /4-inch lengths
2
shiitake mushrooms, soaked in water and cut into small pieces
DRESSING:
1 tsp
diced carrot
1/2 cup
diced yellow bean curd
1 tsp
sugar
2 tbsp
light soy sauce
2 tbsp
vegetable oil
