PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. Put in the rice and stir fry. Add the mushrooms, bean, carrot, and bean curd, and fry together, stirring and turning to mix.
2. Season with the sugar and soy sauce. When everything is ready, dip up onto a plate and serve with cucumber and lime.
