Vegetarian Quail's Egg and Bamboo Shoot Soup (Krapho Pla Je)

Preparation
1. Fry the garlic in the oil until fragrant ; then, add the kidney beans, mungbeans, and pumpkin and fry a few moments with stirring and turning.

2. Heat the water, add the rice, and the fried beans seasoning with soy sauce, salt, and dried preserved vegetables. Serve hot.

(Krao Tom Sam Si)

INGREDIENTS:
5 cups
cooked rice
8 cups
water
1/2 cup
diced pumpkin
1 cup
boiled red kidney beans
cup
boiled mungbeans
3 tbsp.
light soy sauce
1 tsp.
salt
2 tbsp.
dried preserved vegetables (tang-chai)
2 tbsp.
vegetable oil
3 cloves
garlic, crushed and chopped
