PREPARATION:
1. Wash and peel the gourd and cut into slices two inches long and half an inch thick.
2. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, stir fry the gourd a short while and then add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce.
3. When the gourd is almost done, break the eggs into the wok, stir to mix everything, and then turn off the heat.
