PREPARATION:
1. Wash the garlic and celery plants; cut the garlic into 2-inch lengths and the celery into 1-inch lengths.
2. Wash the spur chilies and slice lengthwise.
3. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, add the garlic, salted bean, red snapper, and stock and stir fry.
4. Add light soy sauce to taste and continue frying a few moments.
5. Add the garlic plant, ginger, celery, and chili, and when everything is done, remove from the heat.
