PREPARATION:
1. Wash and drain the kale.
2. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, add the garlic, fry until fragrant, add the kale and mushrooms and stir fry. Add the soy sauce, sugar, and stock. When the vegetables are done, add the oyster sauce, stir to mix thoroughly, dip out onto a platter, and serve.
Note : For crisp vegetables, fry just a short time; for more thoroughly cooked vegetables, fry longer.
