PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, put in the shiitake and rice-straw mushrooms, cashews, and fried chilies and stir fry.
2. Season with the sugar, salt, and soy sauce. When everything is ready, dip out onto a plate, sprinkle with the fresh chili slices, and serve.
Note: seasoned shiitake mushrooms
