Stir Fry Bitter Gourd and Egg Recipe (Ma-Ra Phat Khai)

PREPARATION:
1. Wash the bitter gourd, slice open lengthwise, remove and discard the insides, and cut into thin slices.

2. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot stir fry the bitter gourd until tender, add soy sauce and oyster sauce, and stir to mix.

3. Break the egg into the wok, continue to stir fry until the egg is done, and then turn off the heat.
