PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, put in the beans, both kinds of mushrooms, carrot, yuba, and water and stir fry.
2. Season with the sugar and soy sauce, mix well, and when everything is done, turn off the heat.
Note : seasoned shiitake mushrooms.
