PREPARATION:
1. Heat the 2 tbsp of oil in a clean wok. When it is hot, stir fry the two types of mushrooms. When they are about done, add the bean curd.
2. Season with the sugar and soy sauce, add the water, and when everything is done, put in the celery and turn off the heat.
Note: seasoned shiitake mushrooms
