PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, put in the ear and rice-straw mushrooms, baby corn, stir fry together, and then add the stock.
2. Season with the sugar and soy sauce and continue stir frying. When everything is done, dip up onto a dish, sprinkle with the celery and chili, and serve.
