Stir Fry Baby Corn and Ear Mushrooms Recipe (Phat Het Hu Nu Ruam Mit)

PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, put in the ear and rice-straw mushrooms, baby corn, stir fry together, and then add the stock.

2. Season with the sugar and soy sauce and continue stir frying. When everything is done, dip up onto a dish, sprinkle with the celery and chili, and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup
ear mushrooms, soaked in water to soften

ears baby corn, cut in half lengthwise
100 grams
rice-straw mushrooms, halved
1
Chinese soup celery plant, cut into short pieces

red spur chili, sliced diagonally
1
yellow spur chili, sliced diagonally
1 tsp
sugar
3-4 tbsp
light soy sauce
1/4 cup
vegetarian stock
3 tbsp
vegetable oil
