Stir Fry Asparagus and
Shiitake Mushrooms Recipe |

PREPARATION:
1. Remove the skin from the asparagus spears and wash. Scald the spears in boiling water, remove them immediately with a strainer and immerse in cold water, and then remove from the cold water and drain.
2. Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in water until softened, remove any tough portions of the stem, squeeze out excess water, and drain.
3. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, fry the garlic until golden, and then add the mushrooms and stir fry. Add the stock, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, and then the asparagus. Mix the tapioca flour with a little water and add. Stir fry quickly over high heat; then, remove from the heat.routs and Chinese chives, stirring quickly. Season with soy sauce, add chili and stir well. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving dish. Sprinkle fried garlic over the top as a garnish.
