PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, put in the squash and a little water and stir fry until it is done.
2. Season with the sugar and soy sauce and stir thoroughly.
3. Add the shiitake, rice-straw, and Bhutanese oyster mushrooms, the yuba, and the chili and stir fry until everything is done.
4. Dip out onto a plate, sprinkle with basil leaves, and serve.
Note: seasoned shiitake mushrooms
