Stir Fry Squash and Mushrooms Recipe (Fak Thong Phat Het)

PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, put in the squash and a little water and stir fry until it is done.

2. Season with the sugar and soy sauce and stir thoroughly.

3. Add the shiitake, rice-straw, and Bhutanese oyster mushrooms, the yuba, and the chili and stir fry until everything is done.

4. Dip out onto a plate, sprinkle with basil leaves, and serve.

Note: seasoned shiitake mushrooms

INGREDIENTS:
300 grams
bite-size pieces of peeled squash

seasoned shiitake mushrooms, sliced
100 grams
rice-straw mushrooms, cut into disk-shaped slices half a sheet of fried yuba, cut into bite-size pieces
1
Bhutanese oyster mushroom, torn into bite-size pieces

1/2
fried yuba sheet cut into bite-size
1
red spur chili, sliced diagonally
1/2 cup
horapha sweet basil leaves
1 tsp
sugar
2 tbsp
light soy sauce
1/4 cup
water
2
vegetable oil
