Mustard Green Stir Fry with Shrimp Balls Recipe (Phak Sophon Phat Luuk Chin Kung)

PREPARATION:
1. Wash mustard green thoroughly. Trim off the leaves and cut the stalk into large pieces. Blanch in hot boiling water until done; drain and soak in cold water to cool, and drain again.

2. Fry the garlic in oil until fragrant, season to taste with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Follow with the mustard green and prawn balls, stir well and cook until done. Best when served hot.

tip:
Mustard green is a type of green cabbage with large flat leaves, it is usually used to make various kinds of pickled cabbage.
