PREPARATION:
1. Immerse the prawns and the squid in boiling water until done.
2. Mix the rice, chilies, crab meat, squid, and prawns together.
3. Season with fish sauce and lime juice. Add the shallot. Mix together well, transfer to a platter, sprinkle with basil, celery, shallot, and garlic, and serve.
