Rice with Beef Steak in Chili Sauce  Recipe (Khao Steak Neua Sauce Phrik)

PREPARATION:
1.Marinate the whole piece of beef with I tablespoon of oil, salt and pepper; then keep in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.

2. Finely grind the fried hot chilies and fried kaffir lime leaves together.

3. Fry the beef in the remaining oil over medium heat until the beef is medium cooked. Cut the beef into 2x2 cm pieces. Arrange the beef on a plate next to a mold of steamed rice.

4. Heat the beef stock, fish sauce, oyster sauce and the ground fried mixture together Add the green peppercorns. Pourthe mixture overthe fried steakTop with ground roasted rice. Garnish with mint sprigs, dill and fried hot chilies. Serve hot with fresh vegetables.

beef tenderloin

green peppercorns

fried kaffir lime leaves

fried dried red hot chilies
1 tsp
ground roasted rice
1/2 tsp
ground white pepper
1/4 tsp
salt

1/2 tbsp
fish sauce
2 tbsp
oyster sauce
1/4 cup
beef stock
3 tbsp
vegetable oil

mint sprigs, dill, fried dried hot chilies for garnishing
