PREPARATION:
1. Season the beef with salt and pepper and let stand 15 minutes.
2. Heat the oil. Then fry the seasoned beef in the oil over medium heat until golden
brown on both sides. Place on serving plates.
3. Put the flour in the pan which was used to fry the beef and stir. Add the beef
stock and cook until thickened. Add the mushrooms, When the mushrooms are cooked,
season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper Stir together until mixed.
4. Fry I teaspoon of garlic in butter over low heat until golden brown and fragrant.
Add the steamed rice and mix together Press the rice in a mold and turn over on the
plate next to the fried beef. Fry the remaining garlic in 2 teaspoons of oil until
golden brown and fragrant. Add the boiled vegetables. Fry together, and place at side
of rice. Pour the mushroom sauce over the fried beef. Serve hot.
