PREPARATION:
1. Season the beef with fish sauce, soy sauce and pepper Let stand in the
refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
2. Deep fry the potato in the oil over medium heat until golden brown. Take the
fried potato out and set aside. Remove most of the oil, leave only I tablespoon
and increase the heat. Fry the diced onion until cooked, add the seasoned beef and
fry. When the beef is cooked, add the fried potato and mix.
3. Press the steamed rice into a mold and turn over on a serving plate. Put the
steak potato, and onion alongside the rice. Garnish with flower-shaped carrot and parsley.
