PREPARATION:
1. Mix the beef and flour together in a mixing bowl. Season with I tablespoon of
the light soy sauce and Jet stand 20 minutes to tenderize the beef.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, then fry the garlic in the oil over medium heat until
golden brown. Add the seasoned beef and fry until it is cooked. Add the beef stock
and mushrooms and mix together Season with light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and
pepper Add the spring onion and finely sliced red spur chili, mix everything together;
and then turn off the heat.
3. Press steamed rice into a mold.Turn over on a serving plate. Top with the oyster
sauce fried beef. Garnish with spring onion, coriander sprigs and finely sliced red
spur chili. Serve hot.
