PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, stir fry the pork and then add the ginger, mushrooms, and spring onions. Season with the oyster and soy sauces. When everything is done nicely, turn off the heat.
2. Add the rice and mix thoroughly. Transfer to a covered bowl, sprinkle with the pepper, put on the cover, and bake for between 5 and 8 minutes in an oven at 375° F. oven. Serve hot.
