PREPARATION:
1. Cut the pork into small pieces, toss with I tbsp. of light soy sauce. Cut onion into slices.
2. Heat the oil until hot, fry onion until soft and done. Add pork, shrimps, tomato ketchup, sugar and
soy sauce, Sauté until the pork is done, then add the rice. Continue cooking, and stir regularly to
prevent from sticking to the pan. When the rice is just dry, remove from the pan.
3. Return the pan to the heat, add I tbsp. of oil. When it is hot, break the eggs into the pan, stir
and spread. When done, cut into small pieces, remove from the pan and toss with the fried rice.
4. Transfer the fried rice onto a serving dish, garnish with cucumber slices, spring onion, chili
slices and lime wedges.
