PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, fry the garlic until fragrant, and then add the pork and stir fry. When they are about done, add the onions, and stir fry together.
2. Season with the sugar and fish sauce, and mix well.
3. Put in the rice and fry with the other ingredients. Then, break the egg into the wok, mix well with the rice, and when done, dip up onto a plate. Serve with slices of cucumber, cabbage, lime, and half lime.
