Sweet and Sour Stir Fry Vegetables - Thai Dishes Recipe (Priao Wan)

PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When it is hot, put in the cabbage, cucumbers, tomato, bell chilies, mushrooms, bean curd, and water and stir fry. When everything is done, mix in the ketchup.

2. Season with the sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar. Mix some water with the flour and add with stirring to thicken. Taste and season additionally as desired, and then turn off the heat.

INGREDIENTS:

head red cabbage, sliced into bite-size pieces

cucumbers, cut lengthwise into slices

tomato, cut into wedges

bell chilies, cut lengthwise into large pieces

rice-straw mushrooms, sliced in half
SAUCE:
1
cake white bean curd, cut in half, each half cut crosswise into thin slices
1 tbsp
wheat flour
1 tbsp
sugar
1/2 tbsp
tomato ketchup
2 tbsp
light soy sauce
1 tbsp
vinegar
1/2 cup
water
2 tbsp
vegetable oil
