PREPARATION:
1. Wash the prawns thoroughly, cut off the feelers, and set aside in a colander
to drain.
2. Heat the water in a wok and add the salt and sugar. When the water has come
to a boil and the sugar and salt have dissolved, add the prawns and stir continuously.
When dry, remove from a wok.
3. Serve with lecture, carrot and cabbage.
