Stir Fry Tomato and Egg Recipe

PREPARATION:
1. Wash the tomatoes and cut into one-half-centimeter-thick slices.
2. Wash the bell chilies, slit open and remove and discard the insides, and then
slice lengthwise.
3. Break the eggs into a bowl, add one-half teaspoonful of fish sauce, and beat.
4. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, stir fry the garlic until fragrant and then add
the bell chilies and stir fry a few moments. Now, add the tomato, fish sauce, and
sugar and stir to mix.
5. Pour the egg into the wok and spread and scrape it around with the spatula. Turn
the tomatoes over onto the egg. When the egg is done, dip out onto a plate and serve.
