PREPARATION:
1. Peel the gourd, wash can cut diagonally into bite-size pieces.
2. Wash shell and devein the prawns, leaving the tails on.
3. Heat the oil in the wok, when hot, add the garlic, stir fry a short while,
add the gourd, and continue stir frying.
4. Add the fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and stock, stir to mix everything
well, add the prawns, and continue stir frying. When the prawns are done, turn off the heat.
