PREPARATION:
1. Wash the snow peas and remove the strings from the pods.
2. Wash the garlic plants and cut into 3-inch lengths.
3. Wash, shell, and devein the prawns, leaving the tails in place.
4. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, fry the garlic until fragrant; next, add
the snow peas and stock, stir fry for a short while, and then add the prawns.
5. Add soy sauce to teste, stir to mix, add the garlic plants, and when everthing
is done, remove from the heat.
