PREPARATION:
1. Clean and wash the crabs. Cut the bodies into quarters; crack the craws.
2. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, fry the garlic and spur chili, and when fragrant,
add the crab and stock and continue stir frying until the crab is done.
3. Add the roasted chili paste and the soy sauce and oyster sauces, stir to mix
thoroughly, add the spring onion, and remove from heat.
