Pony Fish Boiled with Fermented Soybeans - Thai Dishes Recipe (Pla Paen Tom Tao Jiao)

PREPARATION:
1. Wash the ginger, scrub with salt, rinse off the salt, and soak the ginger in fresh water.

2. Clean and wash the fish.

3. Heat the water in a pot. When it boils, put in the fermented soybeans, ginger, and soy sauce, and then the fish and the oil. Put the lid on the pot, and boil for 10 to 15 minutes, until done. Turn off the heat, then dip up onto a bowl. Sprinkle with the coriander leaves and serve.
