Grouper Stir-Fried with Garlic Plant - Thai Dishes Recipe (Pla Kao Phat Ton Kra Thiam)

PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, stir fry the fish. Add the stock, and when the fish is done, add the garlic plant.

2. Add oyster sauce, light soy sauce and whisky to taste. Add the corn starch and water mixture. Taste and season additionally if desired. Dip out onto a platter and serve hot.

(Pla Kao Phat Ton Kra Thiam)

INGREDIENTS:
200 grams
thick pieces of grouper or sea perch meat
1
large garlic plant, sliced diagonally into sections
1 tsp
corn starch mixed with 1 tbsp of water
1 tsp
whisky
2 tsp
oyster sauce

1 tbsp
light soy sauce
1/4 cup
soup stock
3 tbsp
cooking oil
