Fried Prawns with
Orange Sauce Recipe

PREPARATION:
1. Wash, shell, and devein the prawns.
2. Pour the oil into a wok over medium heat. Fry the prawns, and when done, arrange on a plate.
3. Mix in a saucepan the orange juice, sugar, and salt, heat, stir until the sugar dissolves, mix the flour with a little water and add to the pot, continue stirring until the sauce has thickened, and then dip out over the fried prawns.
