Canned Asparagus with Mushroom Sauce Recipe

PREPARATION:
1. Heat 1 tablespoonful of the oil in a wok. When it is hot, put in the asparagus and stir fry until hot all the way through; then, dip up onto a plate.
2. Pour the remaining oil into the wok, put in the two kinds of mushroom, the carrot, and the water and stir fry.
3. Season with the sugar and soy sauce. When everything is done, mix some water with the flour and add with stirring to thicken the sauce. Then, dip out over the asparagus.
Note: seasoned shiitake mushrooms
