Cabbage Stewed with
Shiitake Mushrooms Recipe

PREPARATION:
1. Heat the oil in a wok. When hot, fry the cabbage for a while and then remove and allow to stand.
2. Place the cabbage and mushrooms in a pot.
3. Mix together the light and dark soy sauces, the sugar, and the water, stir until the sugar dissolves, and then spoon over the cabbage in the pot. Place the lid on the pot and simmer slowly for about half an hour.
4. Dip out onto the serving bowl, sprinkle with celery and serve.
Note: seasoned shiitake mushrooms
