Boiled Fish with Spicy Dip - Thai Dishes Recipe(Pla Khang Luak Jim)

PREPARATION:
1. Mix fermented soybean, lime juice, garlic, chili and water together to make the spicy sauce.

2. Wash the fish, cut into pieces and drain. Cook in hot boiling water over high heat until done.

3. Remove from heat and arrange on a bed of celery and ginger. Serve with spicy sauce.

catfish (river fish)

celery, cut into lengths
1 cup
young ginger, finely shredded
1/4 cup
fermented soybean
2 tbsp
lime juice

chopped hot chilies

cloves chopped garlic
2 tbsp
water
