PREPARATION:
1. Wash and clean the squid, cut it into the bite-size pieces, and immerse in boiling water until done.
2. Place the stock and the rice in a pot and boil.
3. Season the soup with the soy sauce, stir well, and then turn off the heat. Dip the soup into a bowl. Add the squid, sprinkle with the dried salted vegetable, galangal, garlic, celery, and pepper, and serve.
