Sparerib, Kidney, and Rice Soup Recipe (Khao Tom Si-Khrong Mu Seng Ji)

PREPARATION:
1. Cut the kidney in half, remove the white membrane in the middle, and then wash well. Cut it into bite-size pieces, and then leave these to soak in water for 15 to 20 minutes.

2. Pour the stock into a pot and heat it to boiling. Put in the spareribs and boil them until tender. Now, add the rice, kidney, and soy sauce, boil a while longer, and then turn off the heat.

3. Dip the soup into a bowl and sprinkle with the dried salted vegetable, pepper, spring onion and coriander, and garlic.

1 cup
cooked rice
1
pork kidney
100 grams
spareribs, cut into pieces
1 tsp
dried salted vegetables
1/4 tsp
ground pepper
1 tbsp
sauted garlic

1 tbsp
chopped spring onion and coriander greens
3 tbsp
light soy sauce
2-3 cups
soup stock
