PREPARATION:
1. Wash and clean the coriander plants and then chop, roots and all, with the pork.
2. Mix the soy sauce and salt with the chopped pork and coriander.
3. Bring the water to a boil in a pot. Form the chopped pork and coriander into lumps and drop into the water. When the meat is done, taste and season as desired; then, turn off the heat and serve hot.
