Ground Pork and Egg in Soup Recipe (Kaeng Jeut Mu Sap Kap Khai)

PREPARATION:
1. Rub the mushrooms with the salt and a little water, wash in fresh water, and then place them in a colander to drain.

2. Break the egg into a bowl containing the pork, beat them together, add the soy sauce, form into lumps.

3. Heat the water in a pot, and when it boils, out in the pork already prepared. When the soup returns to a boil, add the mushrooms, season to taste with fish sauce, turn off the heat, and sprinkle the soup with the dried salted vegetable and coriander greens.
