Boiled Sparagus and Chinese Cabbage Recipe (No Mai Kra-Pong Tom Phakkat Khao)

PREPARATION:
1. Pour the water into a pot, bring to a boil, and put in the two kinds of mushrooms and the asparagus.

2. Season with the soy sauce. When everything is done, put in the cabbage leaves and turn off the heat.

Note: seasoned shiitake mushrooms

seasoned shiitake mushrooms, sliced
100 grams
rice-straw mushrooms, cut in half

Chinese cabbage, separated into individual leaves
2 tbsp
light soy sauce
1.5 cups
water
