PREPARATION:
1. Wash the fish, slit down the middle , remove the insides and gills. Slit diagonally
on both sides.
2. Wash shrimps, shell and de-vein. Remove the heads, but keep the tails intact.
3. Arrange pork belly, picked cabbage and shrimps over the fish, sprinkle spring onion,
ginger and salted dried cabbage op top. Finally, pour on the light soy sauce.
3. Steam over boiling water on high heat for 20 minutes, or until done.
4. Remove from heat, sprinkle with spur chili and fried garlic before serving and
garnish with fresh vegetables as preferred.
