2. Mix the soy sauce, sake, sugar and vinegar together and set aside.
3. Place a shallow pan over high heat ,add the oil and heat until hot. Fry
the fish until golden and done. Remove from the heat and arrange on a serving dish.
4. Pour the mixed soy sauce previously set aside over the fish.
5. Melt the butter in the same pan, add the carrots and cabbage and sauté until done.
6. Spoon the vegetables onto one side of the serving dish and sprinkle black
sesame seeds over the top.
