PREPARATION:
1. Dry the fish, rub with the lime juice and salt, and allow to stand for ten minutes or so.
2. Pour the oil into a wok on medium-high heat and fry the fish, turning regularly so it will be tender.
3. When done, remove from the oil, drain, and spread with the margarine while still hot. Serve with the boiled carrot.
