Fried Buttered Spanish Mackerel Steaks Seafood Recipe (Pla Ma-Nao)

PREPARATION:
1. Mix the melted butter and lime juice in a bowl and set aside.

2. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt, and pepper. 3. Dip the fish in the butter and then coat with the flour.

4. Deep fry the fish. When done, place on a dish, sprinkle with a little ground dried chili, and serve.
