Fish and Bean sprouts Salad

PREPARATION:
1. To make the salad dressing: mix all ingredients in a bottle, and shake
well to combine.
2. Scale the fish, slit down the middle and remove the insides, Wash well,
cut into fillets. Cut each fillet into 3 strips and plait the strips
together to form a braid Toss with salt and black pepper, brush all over
with butter and bake in an oven until done.
3. Wash the alfalfa and Chinese beansprouts well place in a mixing bowl.
Add carrots, cabbage and salad dressing and toss lightly. Transfer to a
serving dish, arrange the fish on one side, garnish with parsley and serve in immediately.
