PREPARATION:
1. Combine all the ingredients for the spicy dressing and mix well.
2. Clean the beef and pat dry. Cut beef into thick slices and marinate with the
seasoning sauce for 15 minutes. Grill over low heat until done, then cut into
bite-size pieces.
3. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss well. Add the mint
leaves, tossing lightly. Place on a serving dish, scatter shredded kaffir lime
leaves and slices of red chili on top and garnish with mint leaves.
