Seaweed Meatballs Dessert Recipe (Lookchin Sarai)

PREPARATION:
1. Wash the prawns; shell and de-vein, discarding the heads and tails. Coarsely chop and transfer to a mixing bowl. Add the pork fat minced fish meat minced pork and hairy seaweed. Knead well to combine.

2. Season with pepper, salt and sugar. Follow with tapioca flour and sesame oil. Continue kneading until stiff by folding and tossing the mixture against the bowl. Transfer the mixture to a refrigerator and keep until very cold; remove and roll into small balls about 1" in diameter Arrange on a dish.

3. Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and steam the mixed meat balls for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve with Chinese Worcestershire sauce.

1 tbsp

1 tsp
pepper
1 tbsp
sugar
2 tbsp
tapioca flour
2 tbsp
oyster sauce
