PREPARATION:
1. Wash the prawns, shell and de-vein. Remove the heads and tails. Use the side of

against the sides of the bowl until it becomes stiff. Transfer to a refrigerator and
store until it is very cold.

4. Steam over hot boiling water for 3-5 minutes, remove and enjoy while hot with Chinese
Worcestershire sauce.
